Detail oriented, Aimee loves to slow down, and break-down poses to enable meditation to movement for anybody, at any age. Her classes involve flowing dance-like sequencing, and is known for breaking barriers with balance & patience.

After learning to walk again from both spinal & ankle surgery, Amanda's background is anything but ordinary - discovering fitness whilst in the Australian Army, she brings a calming Yoga style that mixes well with her Boot-Camp energy
